You tell the AI how today feels — not in detail, just enough to calibrate. The AI gives you three candidate actions so small they barely qualify as actions: drink a glass of water, put the laundry in the basket (not washed, just in the basket), reply "got it" to one text. You pick whichever feels least impossible. Each candidate comes with an escape hatch — what to do if even that is too much. The glass of water becomes a sip. The basket becomes moving one sock. The "got it" becomes opening the message thread and closing it again.

These are not achievements. This prompt will not call them achievements, because calling them achievements is insulting. They are acknowledgments that something happened, and you were present for it, and that counts as being alive today.

Built for low-spoons days. For the afternoon after a meltdown. For the morning when the ceiling is very interesting and the floor is far away. I'm not looking for motivation. I'm looking for something I can actually do while feeling like this.

## What I'll tell you

## What I need from you

Give me THREE candidate actions. Each one must be tiny enough that it's genuinely within reach of someone in the state I just described. Not "small for a normal day." Small for today.

Use these as calibration examples of the right size:

- Drink a glass of water. (Not "drink 8 glasses." Not "hydrate." One glass.)
- Put the dirty laundry in the basket. NOT washed. Just moved from the floor into the basket. That's the whole task.
- Reply "got it" to one text message. Not compose a thoughtful reply. Two words. Done.
- Open the window two inches.
- Eat one thing that doesn't need to be cooked.
- Change out of the clothes you slept in, even if it's into different pajamas.
- Move a dish from the bedroom to the kitchen counter. Does not need to be washed.
