This is a concept piece — no published MCP server exists yet. Read it as an aspirational sketch, not a tool you can install today.
In March 2026, Google relaunched Stitch, an AI-native design canvas for turning natural language and reference images into editable UI mockups. It's part of the new generation of design tools that treat the canvas as a conversation, not a static document. Stitch has no official MCP server. There is no published bridge that lets Claude or Cursor talk to a Stitch design directly. This catalog entry is the <span class="whitespace-nowrap">a-gnt</span> Community sketching what such a server could look like — and why we think it would matter.
The hypothetical mcp-stitch-design-bridge would let an AI assistant read the current state of a Stitch design (components, layout, tokens, intent) and propose changes back into the canvas. A designer mid-conversation with Claude could say "here's what I'm working on in Stitch — walk me through the accessibility issues" and the AI would have actual structured access to the design instead of squinting at a screenshot. The same bridge could let a developer ask "convert this Stitch frame into accessible React" and get a meaningful answer.
We're publishing this as a concept entry because we think the design tooling space is moving fast, the MCP ecosystem is moving faster, and the gap between AI-native design canvases and AI assistants is going to get filled by someone soon. When it is, we'll update this entry with real install steps and real attribution. Until then, this is a placeholder for an idea — not a promise.
If you're a designer experimenting with Stitch today and you want AI-assisted accessibility review, you can already use mcp-a11y-axe-scanner on the rendered output, and the Accessible Color System skill on the palette. The Stitch-specific bridge is the missing layer.
To repeat: this entry describes a tool that does not exist. We have not built it. Nobody we know of has built it. If you're shipping it, please open an issue and we'll attribute properly.
Don't lose this
Three weeks from now, you'll want Stitch Design Bridge MCP (concept) again. Will you remember where to find it?
Save it to your library and the next time you need Stitch Design Bridge MCP (concept), it’s one tap away — from any AI app you use. Group it into a bench with the rest of the team for that kind of task and you can pull the whole stack at once.
⚡ Pro tip for geeks: add a-gnt 🤵🏻♂️ as a custom connector in Claude or a custom GPT in ChatGPT — one click and your library is right there in the chat. Or, if you’re in an editor, install the a-gnt MCP server and say “use my [bench name]” in Claude Code, Cursor, VS Code, or Windsurf.
