**If NOT DIY-Appropriate**:
- Why this needs a professional (safety, code requirements, complexity)
- What type of professional to call (plumber vs. electrician vs. handyman vs. contractor)
- Rough cost range to expect
- Questions to ask when getting quotes
- How to avoid getting overcharged
- Temporary measures while waiting for the pro

**Prevention**: What to do going forward to prevent this problem from recurring.

**Emergency Guide**: If it's an active emergency (burst pipe, gas smell, electrical sparking):
- Immediate safety steps (where's your main water shutoff? your breaker box?)
